I lied. Sorry. ._.
I ended up not having as much time the day I said I would return from my summerly dA neglect. But, I'm back now, having sorted through my deviations and journals and messages and deemed it appropriate to post a journal now. So prepare for a long one as I ramble about the stuff that's gone on over the summer.
I got a job, so that sped the summer along quite a bit. I worked in an ice cream place next to a baseball field. I HATE baseball, but in this town there's no escaping it. -_- The best thing to do is accept it. I made a good amount, though, so that's good.
I bought a laptop off my friend for cheaps, and so far it's working really well! The only thing that needed fixing was the wireless card, which is a factory error with this model (or something like that), so I ended up buying a USB wireless thingy. The significance of this laptop, though, is now I have my own computer and can do whatever I want on it without having to worry about parents coming along and discovering my ways. I've already looked at a ton of yaoi.
I also bought all four DVDs of Baccano!, which is really really amazing and you should watch it if you haven't. It's about a ton of insane criminals crammed into one train called the Flying Pussyfoot. I don't remember if I've mentioned it already or not, but, oh well.
I doodled a lot on the order pads at work on slow days, so maybe I'll upload some of those into scraps. On one day I ended up doing an entire scene filling up the entire piece of paper, which is a first for me, even if the paper was small.
Tokio Hotel is coming out with a new album, Humanoid, this October, and judging from the single that's been released, Automatic, I think I'm going to like it. I'm excited for it! Bill is still so beautiful. :3
The 07-Ghost anime is progressing nicely, there are a few disappointments but overall it's lovely! That girl who came in, Ouka, has given a hint that maybe, just maybe, she'll turn out to be a fujoshi and we won't have to tear out her eyes! 8D So that's good.
School started on Tuesday, we already have quite a bit of homework. I'm really glad it's the weekend.
I have a bunch of oneshots I've written over the summer (a bunch meaning maybe three) that I'll post when I have time and the motivation. I'm currently watching some episodes of Naruto for the winner of the fanfiction I donated to the MelloxMatt contest, I've got a few episodes left to watch and then I'll write the fanfiction. I think Mimi and I were also thinking of sticking up companion pieces we mailed to each other. ;D
Waaaaah, I went to see District 9 after it came out, and it was soooooo good! This is definitely my new favorite movie. I went to see it three times this summer, and my mom doesn't want to let me go to see it a fourth, though I so would. I'm definitely buying it when it comes out on DVD, and I can't wait for that! It really isn't your typical "aliens-come-and-destroy-the-earth" type of plotline, and the main character is just so very human. It made me cry all three times. xD;;
I've come up with a ton of silly ideas this summer, mainly when roleplaying with
I'm also currently working on a request AMV for Mimi. Maybe I'll link it when it's finished. xP Though I doubt a lot of you would be very interested in that. Though, it's really annoying that when I tell Windows Media Player to separate an imported video into clips, it sticks it into clips that run up to five minutes long! I don't like that, then I have to go through and split each clip into smaller pieces, and that takes foreeeeever! Blah! Does anyone else have this problem, and do they know how to fix it, if there is a way?
Anyway, I'm off to solicit on the chatrooms. All the roleplays I'm uke in are temporarily dead, and in the other three I'm the seme or the guy, so I'm currently suffering uke-withdrawal. Thanks for sticking with me, see you all later!

Ohhh, and I'm glad you liked D. Gray-Man! Who is/are your favorite characters? Mine are Jasdero and Debitto (as a pairing, as well x3).
But yes, too much of watching the same episodes does indeed make your head explode. I know how that feels. And it's good that you've been getting your friends into it, too! Were you watching the subs or the new dubs?
Isn't it great to meet other fans? There was one girl in my gym class who freaked out when she saw my vocaloid folder and we got to fangirl together.
Ohhh, yes, the college kids. Well, good luck in getting a job next summer! Maybe you'll have more luck if you start looking in advance, before the end of school?
Haha, that's fine~ Long comments are good.

Waah, I love it when that happens! 8DD There is a fellow yaoi fangirl that I met through one of my friends, and we sit together during study hall and it's a lot of fun. x3

ive been meaning to try Baccano! but since started ive had almost no time to watch anime T.T i have no idea why cuz its not like im burried in work, i just got rly busy... but whenever an anime i like comes out in dub i like to watch at least a few of the eps, and if its good enough ill re-watch the series in dub
i remember a little over a year ago i met one of my best friends cuz the library wuz holding a Miyazaki movie mania thing and i walked in and saw her and it all went from there (that sounds kinda like a love story xD) i only saw her around school and stuff until then and now all we do iz talk to each other about anime

And yeah, I know exactly what you mean. School starts, and all of a sudden it's like. Whoosh! Everything just sweeps you up, and before you know it you're out of time. A lot more tired, too. D8
Haha, yeah. When I heard Death Note was coming out as a dub I freaked out and counted down the days. xD Even though I didn't think it was a very good dub at all, I tried to stay up 'til one in the morning every Saturday/Sunday to watch it. Just the novelty of it being on TV, you know?
Oh, man, I love that! xDD It's really great when you make new friends by doing things like that.
